Thunderstorms Possible Through Weekend
UNDATED - A few severe thunderstorms are possible later this (Thursday) afternoon as a frontal boundary slides through the region. The main threat will be large hail, with damaging winds and possibly a brief tornado. The best chance will be near the Iowa/Minnesota border.
Additional rounds of thunderstorms are possible Friday afternoon through Sunday. A few of these storms may be severe. The best chance will remain in southern Minnesota.
