    New Land, New Life

    New Land, New Life: Norwegian Immigration in Minnesota (1825-1925) is having a special opening event this Saturday from 10:00 a.m - 2:00 p.m. This exhibit explores the lives of Norwegian Immigrants to Minnesota, why they came here, and how they lived when the got here. The opening event will have demonstrations, food, speakers, and music. The event is free for members, $7 for adults, and $3 for children. The exhibit runs through December 31st.

    GREAT Children's Theatre - Mulan Jr.

    Paramount Theatre - St. Cloud

    GREAT Children's Theatre is presenting Disney Mulan Jr. This action-pack stage adaptation is based on the 1998 Disney film, Mulan.  Opening night is tomorrow (Friday, Oct. 10th), with shows on Saturday, and Sunday as well. Director's Aimee Miron, and Jon Legg say the show is ready to hit the stage. For a full preview, watch the video below.

    Born To Run Tribute

    Main Stage - Pioneer Place

    Born to Run: The Music of Bruce Springsteen features the vocals of Mick Sterling, as well as St. Cloud's own Jeff Lee on piano, Mike Anderson on sax, and Keith Haake on trumpet. There are two sets that will be played at each show. The first set will feature popular hits from Springsteen's early years including, Blinded By The Light, Badlands, Hungry Heart, and many more. During the second set you will get to hear the full Born to Run album. Other band members include Jason Ploof (Guitar), Peter Elledge (Drums), Andy Ferkinhoff (Bass), and Greg Jorgenson (Keyboards).

    David Bromberg In Concert

    Pioneer Place and The Granite City Folk Society present David Bromberg. Bromberg is a multi-instrumentalist who plays everything from folk, to bluegrass, ragtime, country, and ethnic music. Bromberg lastest album is called Only Slightly Mad. Bromberg has played with music legends Bob Dylan, The Beastie Boys, John Hiatt, and Willie Nelson, just to name a few.

    Molitor's Haunted Acres

    Molitor's Haunted Acres is ready to make you laugh, and scream. You start on the Wagon of Doom as you make your way through the woods. If you survive you'll reach the brand new Rest Stop, where you have the chance to protect the building against Zombies in the new Zombie Shoot Out, or grab some snacks and refreshments. Once you've rested up you'll have to walk the rest of the way back through the House of Horror, The Quarry Asylum, The Storm Sewer, The Toxic Mineshaft, and The Prison.
