Featuring Holiday Events through the month of December this weekend doesn't disappoint. It's the weekend of Winter Wonderland, and the Winter Nights and Lights Parade. Also catch the GRAMMY award winning due, The Okee Dokee Brothers, in concert.

    The St. Cloud Symphony Orchestra presents the 2014 Holiday Concerts on Saturday. The first concert will be at the Children's Holiday Concert at 10:00 a.m. This show will feature "A Christmas Festival", "Carol of the Bells", "Stille Nacht", "Caribbean Sleigh Ride", "The Twelve Days of Christmas", "Rhapsody on Christmas Carols", "Jingle Bells Forever", and "Sleigh Ride". The Holiday Pops show will be at 3:00 p.m. and feature all of the above songs in addition to, "Tintinabulations", "Glorious Sounds of Christmas", and "Shepherd's Pipe Carol" with chorus. There will also be a chorus with "The Twelve Days of Christmas". This concert also features a Holiday Sing-A-Long.

    A special note for all of the 'Frozen' fans out there. Music from the movie will be played during both of the concerts.

    The Minnesota Center Chorale presents their annual Cabaret, "White Christmas". Bach Cantata 140, "Wauchet auf, ruft uns die Stimme" will be featured at the concert. Other holiday classics include "The Christmas Song", "Jingle Bells", and the concert closer "Hallelujah Chorus" sing-a-long. CLICK HERE to hear an interview with Chorale Director Jody Martinson. There will be a social hour starting at 5:30 p.m. with special musical guest, Nathan Neuman. There will be a silent auction during this time. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m., with the concert beginning at 7:30 p.m. There will be a dessert, and wine reception following the concert. Tickets must be purchased in advance, and are $50 per person, or $470 for a table of ten.

    The Grammy nominated Okee Dokee Brothers return to St. Cloud for two shows. These avid outdoors-men encourage children to get outside with their Americana Folk music.  Their album 'Can You Canoe?' won a Grammy for Best Children's Music Album at the 55th Grammy Awards, and now 'Through the Woods' has been nominated for Best Children's Music Album for the 57th Grammy Awards. CLICK HERE to hear Joe Mailander's reaction to being nominated, and about playing here in St. Cloud. This is a one-hour concert and is designed for children ages 4 - 12. Tickets are $10 for the first six rows, and $6 for the rest of the seats.

    A Storybook Holiday

    The Holiday Season continues with the Winter Wonderland Celebration and Winter Nights and Lights Parade. First, join Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Lake George Municipal Complex as you create arts and crafts, decorate a cookie, take a hayride, or enjoy the fun at the penguin exhibit. Tickets are $3 per child, or $5 per family. If you bring a item for the food shelf you will receive $1 off the admission.

    Then head over to West St. Germain Street for the fun filled parade. The parade will start at the St. Cloud Library, and end by the Rivers Edge Convention Center. The Parade Grand Marshal will be St. Cloud Native, and 2014 Winter Olympic Hockey Player, Anne Schleper.     Katie Webster & Robert McCoy Joint Exhibition

    Gallery Saint Germain presents a new joint exhibition of Ceramic Artist Katie Webster, and Painter Robert McCoy. An artist reception is being held this Saturday from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. The artist will be speaking at 4:00 p.m. The exhibit runs from December 10th to January 17th. Gallery Saint Germain is open Wednesday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.  Webster's work goes through the whole pottery process, and she strives to make functional art for the home. McCoy practices both landscape, and abstract paintings.
