This weekend features the Emmy Award winning Choo-Choo Bob show coming to St. Cloud. The show from the qubo network will have one performance this weekend. The popular duo of Dan Preston and Deanna Paulzine is back together after a several year hiatus. Plus New Wine is hitting the stage with their latest dinner theater performance, you can catch comedian Jason Schommer in Starstruck!, and a popular Canadian Comedy Troupe is performing at the State Theatre.

    Choo-Choo Bob

    Pioneer Place - St. Cloud

    This Emmy-winning show is calling all Trainiacs to come to the Pioneer Place for one performance on Saturday. The Choo-Choo Bob Show will feature Bob hanging out in his club house with his friend Richard W. Kornbelt talking about trains and having adventures. Trips to Tinyland, questions from kids, musical guests, and mischievous puppets are all in store for parents and kids alike. The entire Choo-Choo Bob show cast will be performing.     Tickets are $14 for adults, $10 for children, and kids under twp are free. Choo-Choo Bob won a 2014 Emmy Award for Children's Show (12 & Under).

    Starstruck!

    Starstruck! is written and performed by Jason Schommer. This one man show is about a small town boy growing up in a pop culture world. Schommer relives some of his life events starting from growing up in Little Falls to working in New York and Las Vegas. The show features stories from the celebrities he met along the way from crashing a red carpet to raiding a star's dressing room. This show originally debuted at the 2012 Minnesota Fringe Festival. The show hits the stage tonight for one night only at 7:30 p.m.
    Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $12.

    BoDiddley's on 25th Ave. - St. Cloud

    The Granite City Folk Society present Dan Preston and Deanna Paulzine from the Preston & Paulzine Band. They will be playing at BoDiddley's on 25th Ave. After a several year hiatus this duo is back together to play various songs covering country, jazz, blues, pop, rock, and the occasional torch song. They will be covering everything from Bowie and Bossa Nova to Bobby Gentry and Pink Floyd. Tickets for this show are $10 at the door.

    New Wine Presents The Family Dinner Theater

    Living Waters Lutheran Church - Sauk Rapids

    New Wine is a music and drama troupe for high schoolers. The group presents a contemporary Christian musical comedy about living together called The Famliy. This is New Wine's fifth production in the St. Cloud area. The performance is centered around the question, What does it mean to be a family? The show features comedy, drama, and original music. Students from four schools will be serving a four course dinner, which will be followed by the performance. Seating for the dinner starts at 6:00 p.m. Tickets for this show are $15.

    Kids in the Hall

    State Theatre - Minneapolis

    Kids in the Hall is a Canadian comedy troupe which turned their sketch sitcom into a comedy tour. They will be performing at the State Theatre in Minneapolis. During their performance they'll be playing out their skits which can lead to them impersonating Queen Elizabeth II. This group is back on tour and will definitely have the entire audience laughing. This hilarious comedy performance will have one show this weekend. Tickets for this show are $43.50 and $53.50.
