This weekend features a wide variety of music as the Fabulous Armadillos wrap up their Guilty Pleasures show at Pioneer Place, classic rockers Blue Oyster Cult and Jefferson Starship perform at the Medina Entertainment Center, and Smash Mouth and Uncle Kracker visit Mystic Lake. Along with the music, stage performances include the unique dance performances of TU Dance at St. Ben's and GREAT Theatre's The Diary of Anne Frank debuts at the Paramount Theatre.     Blue Oyster Cult & Jefferson Starship

    Two long-time critically and commercially successful rock bands hit the stage Friday as Blue Oyster Cult and Jefferson Starship hit the stage at the Medina Entertainment Center. Blue Oyster Cult -- famous for such rock classics as "(Don't Fear) The Reaper", "Godzilla" and "Burnin' For You", have been rocking audiences around the world for almost 50 years. Jefferson Starship, a direct descendant of Jefferson Airplane, has been touring for over 40 years playing hits like "Jane", and "Miracles".     Two big acts from the turn of the millennium are coming to Minnesota for a one-night show this weekend as Smash Mouth and Uncle Kracker perform at Mystic Lake.
