The Voice Season 11 is Under Way- Continues Tonight on NBC
The Voice, Season 11, is underway, with two new judges added to the Mix. Miley Cyrus, adn Alicia Keys, are new judges along with veterans Adam Levine and Blake Shelton.
Tonight, we will hear part II of the blind auditions. I've already got some favorites picked out, but I haven't decided if any one of them is a sure bet like Jordan Smith. The contestants introduced last night were:
- Team Blake: Sundance Head, Dana Harper, Gabe Broussard
- Team Adam: Riley Elmore
- Team Alicia: Jason Warrior, Dave Moisan, Christian Cuevas
- Team Miley: Courtney Ramirez, Ali Caldwell
My favorites were 16 year old Riley Emore, delivering an adult Frank Sinatra style voice like I've never heard; flawless performance. Undeniably, Ali Caldwell is definitely in the running for the top spot the season, without question. The judges were floored with her talent. Not to take away from the unique alto tenor voice of Dana Harper, possibly my favorite. She can take her voice high, but never have I heard anyone take their voice low like her. She's a new age Anita Baker.
