September 26, 1954 - February 27, 2016


Terry Lee Hible, age 61, of Princeton, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, February 27, 2016. Terry was born on September 26, 1954 in St. Paul, Minnesota, the son of William and May (Smith) Hible.

Terry grew up in St. Paul and graduated from High School there. He met Judy Gunnink and the two made their home in Princeton. They were married on September 16, 1978 at the United Methodist Church in Princeton. Terry worked for Crystal Cabinets for 15 years and then drove truck for another 15 years. He loved watching sprint car races and tinkering with cars. He was an avid outdoorsman; he enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting and birdwatching with Judy. Terry was also a talented woodworker and made furniture for fun. He was a social guy, he made friends wherever he went. Most of all, he adored his family. He will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his wife Judy; children, Jeremy Hible, Jessica (David) Hubbard and Jennifer Williams; grandsons Scotty and Bryant; siblings, George Hible, Marjorie Hible and James Hible; siblings-in-law, Arlene Gunnink, Jim (Louise) Gunnink, Ralph Gunnink, Douglas (Janet) Gunnink; mother-in-law Yvonne Gunnink; grandpups Blue and Luna; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Mary Ann Linke; brother Garry Hible; and father-in-law John Gunnink

A Memorial Service will be held at 2PM on Friday, March 4, 2016 at Freshwaters United Methodist Church, River Campus, in Princeton. Visitation will be held from 1-2PM.
