Temperature Dips Down To 23 Below

ST. CLOUD -- This (Thursday) morning's temperature was bone chilling, but now record breaking.  The official low this morning at the St. Cloud Regional Airport was 23 below.

The record low for this date is 28 below, that was set 112 years ago way back in 1899.
