ST. CLOUD -- You already know it's darn cold this morning -- but exactly how cold did it get.  The National Weather Service says the official low temperature this (Friday) morning at the St. Cloud Regional Airport was 29 below.

However, we didn't break any records, the record low for this date is 37 below -- that was set in 1936.

This was the coldest morning in St. Cloud since we dropped down to 36 below on January 16th in 2009.

St. Cloud wasn't the coldest place in Minnesota this morning -- International Falls and Babbitt both had readings of 46 below, a record breaker for this date in International Falls.
