Teenager Hurt After Driving Off the Road, Striking Trees

DARWIN -- A Darwin teenager is hurt after he drove his car off the road.

The incident happened just before 9:00 a.m. this (Monday) morning in the 68000 block of 237th Street in Darwin Township.

Meeker County Sheriff Brian Cruze says 16-year-old Cole Cochran drove his car off the road into a ditch and struck several trees.

Cochran was taken to Meeker Memorial Hospital before being air lifted to Hennepin County Medical Center for his injuries.
