Teen Cited For Fleeing Police

St.Cloud Police officers on routine patrol on a service road by County Road 75 and 33rd Street South Saturday afternoon attempted to stop an ATV.

The teenage driver sped away and led police to a parking lot south of 33rd Street South  where his ATV stalled and the driver fled on foot.

Officers were able to apprehend the driver running northbound on 33rd Street Suth.  The 17-year old from Saint Cloud was arrested for fleeing police on a motor vehicle and on foot.
