ST. CLOUD -- A Sartell teenager has been charged with two counts of second degree criminal sexual conduct after an incident involving two young boys.

A juvenile delinquency petition filed in Stearns County District Court shows a six-year-old boy told police back on September 15th that he was changing into a swimsuit in the boys' locker room at Apollo High School when the 17-year-old approached him and asked to see his penis.

Records show the boy complied and the teen touched it with his hand and exposed his own private parts.

A second boy, age 7, then came forward as police were investigating the first incident and said the teen also sexually assaulted him in the same manner.

Police identified the teen and questioned him about the incident. According to the charging petition, the teen admitted to the crimes but said he thought it was the same boy, not two boys.

The teen, who's now 18-years-old, has been charged in juvenile court. It's unclear whether prosecutors will look to certify him to stand trial as an adult. As a result, WJON News is withholding the suspect's name at this time.
