Tech and Apollo Principals Swapping Positions in July [AUDIO]
ST. CLOUD - Two St. Cloud principals are swapping places later this year.
Current Apollo High School Principal Charlie Eisenreich will become Principal of Technical High School and Adam Holm, the interim principal at Tech this year, will become the Apollo High School principal.
The changes will take place on July 1st. District 742 Superintendent Willie Jett announced the moves in a press release on Tuesday.
Eisenreich says he was interested in the position because of the possibility of a district building a new Tech High School in the future.
Voters will need to pass a referendum in the fall for a new Tech to be built. Eisenreich says he's been interested in becoming principal at Tech since last year.
Eisenreich served as principal at Apollo for eight years and was previously an assistant principal at Tech for eight and a half years. He is also a former Tech graduate.
Holm previously served as principal at Litchfield High School for two years and as an assistant principal for four years.
