The University of Minnesota is still proceeding like they'll host the Vikings/Bears game Monday night but the NFL isn't yet signing off on it.  NFL officials toured the facility yesterday but are concerned about the complete removal of all the snow and the fact that the field doesn't have a heating element under the field.  The NFL doesn't want to put the players at risk having to play on a frozen field.  University of Minnesota officials have said they've taken 26 truckloads of snow out of the stadium and have cleared 17 of 52 sections at the stadium.  Indianapolis has said they would host this game at Lucas Oil Stadium, an indoor facility if TCF Bank Stadium isn't exceptable.
