FEMA Grants $2 Million to Help Fix Duluth Wastewater Pipe
The Federal Emergency Management Agency is granting $2 million to help repair a 3-foot wastewater pipe damaged by Duluth storm damage last June. U.S. Rep. Rick Nolan announced the grant Monday. Nolan says the grant will go to the city of Duluth and the state of Minnesota to repair damage to the Western Lake Superior Sanitary District pipe.
