Authorities have arrested two 18-year-old men on burglary charges after a break-in at a St. Augusta convenience store. Police arrested Michael Wood of Waite Park and John Gray of Sartell. Both were booked on suspicion of 3rd degree burglary and released pending their first court appearance.
Waite Park Police have released the name of the person killed while walking across the street last (Friday) night. They say 83-year-old Andrew Virden of Waite Park was struck and killed at about 8:00 p.m. at the intersection of 2nd Avenue North and 1st Street North.
An update for you on the armed robbery that happened last (Tuesday) night at the Casey's General Store in Waite Park. Police are now saying the man who robbed the store on 10th Avenue South at gunpoint is the same man who held-up the store on February 24th.

Waite Park police have arrested a 44-year-old St. Cloud man for allegedly sexually assaulting a 47-year-old woman. Presley Harmon is expected to be charged 3rd Degree Sexual Conduct, Terroristic Threats, and False Imprisonment.
