St. Cloud Metro Bus will be expanding its fleet of large fixed-route buses sooner than scheduled thanks to a state grant. Metro Bus is receiving a grant of just over $4,000,000 to add five compressed natural gas-powered buses.
Residents in the St. Cloud metro area who are at risk of becoming homeless are encouraged to attend an event tomorrow (Wednesday). The 3rd annual Project Homeless Connect is being held from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the St. Cloud Public Library.
The St. Cloud Economic Development Authority is considering a request to buy the former Tri-CAP building located at 700 West St. Germain Street. The St. Cloud Metropolitan Transit Commission wants to buy the three-story building and use it for regional training for system operators and users.
