Dozens of people have turned out to support a Brainerd man who allegedly was the victim of a racially motivated attack. Tuesday's rally brought out more than 40 people to the Crow Wing County Judicial Center in support of 53-year-old Willie Navy.

Two men are in custody after what appears to be a racially-motivated attack on a black man outside a central Minnesota bar. While at the bar, an employee overheard Lucas Eastwood telling Travis Campbell that he wanted to assault Willie Navy because Navy is black.
