A Minnesota Senate committee has rejected a proposal to install cameras at high-traffic intersections to catch red-light runners. he Senate Transportation and Public Safety Committee voted the bill down 9-6 Monday.
Traffic lights at two downtown St. Cloud intersections will be shut off tomorrow (Wednesday). Starting at 9:00 a.m., the signals at 10th Avenue and 1st Street south and at 10th and West St. Germain Street will be shut down for minor modifications.
