An 82-year-old man will likely spend the rest of his life behind bars for fatally shooting a teacher at a farm in Kandiyohi County. Delbert Huber was sentenced Tuesday to 30 years, 7 months for fatally shooting 43-year-old Timothy Larson, of Albertville.

UPDATE: Court Records Reveal Reason Behind Fatal Shooting Near Paynesville

More information has been released about the shooting near Belgrade that killed a St. Michael-Albertville teacher Saturday. According to the criminal complaint, Tim Larson arrived at his father's small farm to find 81-year-old Delbert Huber and 45-year-old Tim Huber on the property.
