Power Outage Still Impacting Thousands
July 2, 2011 Thousands are still without power this (Saturday) morning, after last night's storm. Xcel Energy spokeswoman Mary Sandok says they have over 12,000 customers without power stretching from the St. Cloud area down through southwest Minnesota. And East Central Energy has nearly 9,000 customers without power.

Stearns County Emergency Management Director Marv Klug says the Hester Park neighborhood appears to have been hit the worst. There are hundreds of trees down in that area.
