he Minnesota State Patrol is urging cell-phone users to report drunken drivers they spot on the road. Minnesota's Department of Transportation maintains a traffic video network of about 500 cameras. The cameras are mostly in the Twin Cities, with a handful watching traffic in Duluth, Rochester and St. Cloud.

Authorities say alcohol and speed may have been factors in a Brooklyn Center crash that killed two people. State Patrol spokesman Lt. Eric Roeske says witnesses say the car was moving at very high speed when it blew through a red light at Highway 100 and 57th Street, broadsiding another car and killing the two people inside just before 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
