1 Dead In 4-Vehicle Crash Near Twin Cities Airport

A four-vehicle crash near Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport has left one person dead and eight others injured. Authorities say a sport utility vehicle veered into oncoming traffic late Thursday morning, struck another SUV head-on, and then collided with two more vehicles.

Authorities Say Travel Difficult, Minimal Crashes Being Reported

The Winter Storm Warning continues until 7:00 tonight and the heavy snowfall is making it difficult for plows to keep the roads clear. Law enforcement is dealing with some cars off the road, but so far no reports of serious crashes.

2 Killed In Broadside Crash In Brooklyn Center

Authorities say alcohol and speed may have been factors in a Brooklyn Center crash that killed two people. State Patrol spokesman Lt. Eric Roeske says witnesses say the car was moving at very high speed when it blew through a red light at Highway 100 and 57th Street, broadsiding another car and killing the two people inside just before 10:30 p.m. Saturday.

Funeral Set For Mom, 2 Kids Killed In Little Falls Crash

A funeral is set for a woman and her two young daughters killed in a crash during a winter storm in central Minnesota. Thirty-one-year-old Melissa Lorenz and her daughters - 10-year-old Angela and 7-year-old Desiree - died Monday night on Highway 27 just west of Little Falls.

Fatal Crash On I-94 Near St. Cloud

Icy roads are to blame for a fatal crash on Interstate 94 in Stearns County. 62-year-old John Kalas of Bloomington lost control of the pick-up he was driving and sput-out hitting a wall, and then was struck by a truck.

RICE -- At least one person was hurt in a serious crash on Highway 10 in Rice. Traffic was delayed as the State Patrol worked to extricate one person from a vehicle and clear the scene.
