St. Joseph Named Safest City in Minnesota in Recent Report
St. Joseph was named Monday as the safest city in Minnesota in a report issued by Safewise, a home security and safety company. SafeWise chose the safest cities in Minnesota by reviewing the most recent FBI Crime Report statistics from 2014, along with population data.
