The sale of the current St. Joseph city hall building fell apart last week. The city previously had a purchase agreement in place with Collegeville Credit Union. However, City Administrator Judy Weyrens says the sale fell through.

The St. Joseph City Council has ruled-out the old Kennedy school as a possible future City Hall/Community room. City Administrator Judy Weyrens says the cost to retrofit the former school was just too high.
