SCSU Celebrates First National Championship [VIDEO]

St. Cloud State University celebrated the Wrestling team on their first National Championship in Atwood Memorial Center. This is also the University's first National Championship honors. Head Coach Steve Costanzo, along with wrestlers Tim Prescott, Austin Goergen, and Clint Poster spoke to the crowd of wresting fans.

MNMade Festival Celebrates Electronic Instruments [VIDEO]

The St. Cloud State University Music Department is hosting its second MNMade Festival, which celebrates electronic instruments. There are two concerts as part of the festival, which will feature this year's robot, as well as last year's robot. The concerts will also feature works by Troy Rogers, and Tim Keiser.

St. Cloud State University conducted a survey last fall asking over 500 randomly-selected landlines and cell phones in Minnesota about their views on immigration.

The World Drumming Group class at St. Cloud State University is leading drum circles to help students relax. Dr. Terry Vermillion is leading the class, and says this is a first step to getting a music therapy program at SCSU. The students are currently learning to improvise together.

2015 Job Outlook Optimistic for Local College Graduates

Area college graduates are expected to see more opportunities for employment this year. According to the 11th annual MN College Job Outlook survey, more than 50 percent of employers surveyed plan to increase their hiring in 2014.
