The St. Cloud State football team won their 5th straight game 55-13 Saturday afternoon against the University of Mary. The Huskies led 35-0 at halftime and were never threatened. SCSU outgained Mary 532-286. Michael Walker ran for 166 yards and 3 touchdowns and Phil Klaphake threw for 187 yards and 4 touchdowns for SCSU. Renard Robinson had 3 catches for 85 yards and 2 touchdowns for the Huskies.

Phil Klaphake threw for 229 yards and 4 touchdowns and Michael Walker ran for 37 yards and 1 touchdown for SCSU. The St. Cloud State football team scored a touchdown on the final play of the game when quarterback Phil Klaphake found Michael Walker in the flat at the 3-yard and Walker dove in to score the game-winner as the clock ran out. SCSU wins 51-49 over 2nd ranked Minnesota-Duluth. Klaphake threw for more than 400 yards in leading the Huskies from behind.
