Kyle Stiner went 2-4 with a run scored and 3 RBIs, and Derek Campbell went 2-4 with 2 runs scored with 1 RBI. Bryan Peters threw 2 innings with 1 earned run allowed to get the win in relief.

The St. Cloud River Bats won both games in a doubleheader against Willmar Monday night at Joe Faber Field. The Bats won the first game 5-1 and won the 2nd game 8-1. St. Cloud scored 2 runs in the 4th inning of game 1 to break a 1-all tie.

Bryan Haar went 2-3 with a homerun 2 RBIs and Haar got the win by throwing 1 shutout inning with 2 strikeouts. Derek Campbell went 2-2 with a run scored and 1 RBI and Carlos Lopez hit a solo homerun for St. Cloud.

The St. Cloud River Bats snapped a 2-game losing streak with a 5-3 win over Mankato Wednesday night. St. Cloud scored 3 first inning runs and 2 more runs in the 4th inning. Bryan Haar had a 2-run triple and Jeremy Banks was 2-4 with a run and 1 RBI for the Bats.

The St. Cloud River Bats committed 4 errors and allowed 6 unearned runs in their 8-1 loss to Mankato at Joe Faber Field Tuesday night. Mankato scored 3 2nd inning runs. Carlos Lopez went 2-4 with 1 RBI and Mitch Garver was 3-4 with a run scored for St. Cloud. Jon Richard threw 6 1/3 innings with 5 hits and 6 unearned runs with 8 strikeouts to take the loss for the Bats.

The St. Cloud River Bats lost 8-3 at Mankato Monday night on the 4th of July. Mankato scored 4 first inning runs and held on to win. Austen Wisroth allowed those 4 runs (3 earned) on 3 hits and he took the loss.

The St. Cloud River Bats postponed their game Friday night against Willmar due to rain. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader July 11. The Bats are 11-16 on the season and will host Alexandria at 6:05 tonight, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 5:35.

The St. Cloud River Bats ended their 3-game losing streak with a 6-3 win at Willmar Thursday night. St. Cloud scored 3 first inning runs and added 2 more runs in the 5th inning. Mitch Garver and Bryan Haar each hit homeruns for the Bats and Haar drove in 2 runs.

The St. Cloud River Bats lost 3-2 at home to Duluth Tuesday night. Duluth scored 2 runs in the 8th inning to break a 1-all tie. St. Cloud scored a run in the 8th inning but Jeremy Banks strayed too far off 3rd base in the 9th and was tagged out to end the game. J.R. Reynolds went 2-3 with 1 RBI and Korey Wacker was 1-4 with 1 RBI and 1 run scored for St. Cloud.
