Officials who are working to expand air service at St. Cloud Regional Airport have launched a promotion to try to get folks in Arizona to fly to St. Cloud to escape the heat.

With regular daily flights at St. Cloud Airport starting in December, officials are making security changes to accommodate the commercial airline.

A Michigan man landed his single-engine airplane on a Sherburne County road this afternoon.

St. Cloud area businesses, community leaders and members of the public will gather at the St. Cloud Public Library. They'll hear from several speakers who are involved in transportation, economic development and air travel.
