With snow starting to appear in the forecast and temperatures starting to drop, public safety officials are reminding you to brush up on your winter driving skills.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation says there are some slippery roads in Central Minnesota. MnDOT has issued an alert this (Monday) afternoon as conditions on some roads have been downgraded to "fair".
The snowfall is causing some problems on the highways. The State Patrol says they've responded to a handful of crashes on Interstate 94 -- especially between Avon and Albany.
