Local 6th Grade Students To Hold Skating Fundraiser For Cancer Research

Three South Junior High 6th graders are organizing a fundraiser to raise money for cancer research. Jasmine Jett, Halle Vaverek, and Isabella Linares are partnering with the American Cancer Society for the Skate For Life event to empower kids to take action to fight cancer.

St. Cloud 6th graders Jasmine Jett, Haley Vaverek, and Isabella Linares have organized an event with the American Cancer Society called "Skate for Life". The event is scheduled for Thursday August 20 from 5-9pm at the Stakin' Place in south St. Cloud.
