October 23, 2012 A man who pleaded guilty in a crash that killed two people on a motorcycle has been sentenced in Sherburne County to nearly five years in prison. Twenty-year-old Cody Moen, of Monticello, admitted that he was trying to race a car that had passed him on County Road 17 in Big Lake Township last April when he lost control of his vehicle.
