Pedestrian Safety Campaign Takes Over St. Cloud Crosswalks
St. Cloud is one of five cities in the state that participated in a new pedestrian safety campaign (Tuesday) afternoon. Volunteers were stationed at the intersection Fifth Avenue South and Second Street South, the site where a 20-year-old woman was hit by a car while crossing the street the same day.
