St. Cloud is commemorating the 10th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks. The "Day To Remember" ceremony will be today (Sunday) at 1:00 p.m. at the St. Cloud Police Station. Also, The Rice American Legion is hosting an event at the Memorial Monument in Rice at 7:00 p.m. tonight (Sunday).
