Bail Set For Apartment Arson Fire Suspect
A St. Cloud man is being held on $100,000 bail for allegedly starting his ex-girlfriend's apartment unit on fire early Tuesday morning. Twenty-six year-old Samuel Davis is charged with two counts of first-degree arson and one count of obstructing legal process.
