Prosecutors have agreed to push back the court date for Peterson to face a misdemeanor resisting arrest charge. The pretrial hearing as originally scheduled for July 13 and then moved to Monday. Attorney Rusty Hardin says hearings will now be held September 27 and November 15.

Texas attorney Rusty Hardin released a statement Monday, two days after Peterson was released from a Houston jail. Peterson was arrested shortly after 2am Saturday and charged with resisting arrest after he allegedly pushed a off-duty police officer who was working security at the night club.
