You can burn off those Thanksgiving calories while enjoying the sites and sounds of nature Friday.

A Columbia Heights man drowned while swimming in Quarry Park and Nature Preserve, according to the Stearns County Sheriff's Office. The Sheriff's Office was called to the scene just after 6:15 p.m. to Quarry #11.
