Prescribed Burn Scheduled Near Kennedy school

If you see thick smoke coming from the area near Kennedy School in St. Joseph, don't be alarmed. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and District 742 will be conducting a prescribed burn on 46 acres of prairie land near the school.

MnDOT to Hold Prescribed Burns in Central Minnesota

Don't be alarmed if you are driving along I-94 and you see smoke coming from a grass fire. The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be conducting prescribed burns along I-94 between St. Cloud and Sauk Centre until mid-May.

Prescribed Burn Scheduled For Quarry Park

If you see smoke coming from Stearns County Quarry Park and Nature Preserve in the coming weeks, don't be alarmed. The Stearns County Parks Department wants to alert you to a prescribed burn that will take place to restore 20 acres of the park back to its natural prairie land.
