Bouchard took an inadvertent elbow to the head a week ago against Vancouver. He missed a combined 104 games over 2 seasons from 2009-2011 because of a previous concussion. Bouchard says he's not able to exercise until is current headaches subside.

Bouchard was scratched from Tuesday night's game against San Jose. He missed all but 1 game in the 2009-2010 season with a severe concussion. Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher says Bouchard's symptoms this time are "nowwhere near as severe" as 2 years ago.
