Highway 23 Paving Work to Begin Sunday Evening
The re-paving project on Highway 23 through St. Cloud gets underway Sunday evening. The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be working on Highway 23 also known as Division Street from Cooper Avenue to one block west of Highway 15.
