St. Cloud Mayor: Plans For New Downtown Parking Ramp Moving Forward [AUDIO]

Earlier this year the Minnesota State Legislature approved spending nearly $11.6 million in the bonding bill for a new parking ramp in downtown St. Cloud. Ground hasn't been broken on the project yet, but St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis says it is moving forward.
