Local Arts Groups Get Grant Money From Xcel Energy
Two arts organizations in St. Cloud are getting grant money from the Xcel Energy Foundation. The Paramount Arts Resources Trust is receiving $15,000, and United Arts of Central Minnesota will get $10,000.
