The U.S Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights will be visiting St. Cloud State University later this week. They will be meeting with various groups on campus and will follow up on a complaint about SCSU's handling of a sexual assault allegation.

The St. Cloud Area School Board approved an agreement with the Office of Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education at their meeting this (Thursday) evening. The vote was 5-1 in favor, with one member abstaining.
