Woman Who Lost Downloading Case Says She Can’t Pay

The Brainerd woman ordered to pay record companies $222,000 for the unauthorized downloading of copyrighted music says she presumes her case is over. The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected an appeal by Jammie Thomas-Rasset of Brainerd, letting the judgment stand.
