Elite Minnesota high school musicians are performing with professonals at St. Cloud State University's one-day music festival.

You will be able to find a lot to do this weekend around Central Minnesota. Enjoy the sounds of Copperhead Creek at Rollies, sing to the songs of Rod Stewart at Pioneer Place, enjoy some family fun at the St. Joseph Community Showcase, grab a bite to eat in Little Falls with their dinner theater performance of Moon Over Buffalo, and check out Great Theatre's performance of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Young musicians in the St. Cloud metro area will soon have a place to go to work on their craft. A new non-profit organization has been formed called the "Independent Music Collaborative Of Central Minnesota".

Relax, drink a beer, and play some music. Beaver Island Tap Room is now hosting a musical jam session on Sunday afternoons from 2:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m. The music is centered around a mix of americana and blue grass.
