You will encounter a detour and delays on Highway 23/Division Street in St. Cloud on Monday night. The Minnesota Department of Transportation is closing the road between Lincoln Avenue and Wilson Avenue at 7:00 p.m. Monday.

The Highway 23 Paynesville Bypass opens Friday, more than a month ahead of schedule. The 7 1/2 mile, four-lane divided bypass runs north of New London from Kandyohi County Road 6 to west of 263rd Avenue in Paynesville.

Slowdowns are expected on Highway 15 in Sartell and St. Cloud starting Monday. MnDOT crews will begin working on the Highway 15/Stearns County Road 120 Diverging Diamond Interchange.

Working in the elements is part of the job for MnDOT road crews. But, with excessive heat warnings recently, those crews need to be cautious like everyone else.

If you travel on Highway 23 between Foley and Ogilvie, expect delays starting tomorrow. Workers will be re-paving the roadway, reducing the highway to a single lane of traffic for a four-mile stretch at a time.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation is holding the final open house tomorrow for the Highway 15 Diverging diamond Interchange project. MnDOT staff will be on hand to explain the project, answer questions and listen to concerns.

The re-paving project on Highway 23 through St. Cloud gets underway Sunday evening. The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be working on Highway 23 also known as Division Street from Cooper Avenue to one block west of Highway 15.

MnDOT has announced a road closure at the intersection of Highway 10 and County Road 11, part of the project from Clear Lake to Big Lake.

Benton County is getting nearly $3 million in grant money to improve the interchange between Highway 10 and Golden Spike Road.

Starting next spring a new interchange project will take place at Highway 10 and Benton County Road 2 in Rice. You can get a look at the project at an open house tomorrow.
