Woman Rescued After Falling From Minnesota Bluff

Authorities have rescued a 26-year-old woman who fell off a bluff in Red Wing. The Red Wing Fire Department got the call just after 9:45 a.m. Tuesday that the woman had fallen from the north side of Barn Bluff.
