'New Deal' Exhibit Opens Saturday at Stearns History Museum [AUDIO]

A new exhibit featuring the New Deal programs during the Roosevelt administration opens tomorrow (Saturday) at the Stearns History Museum. The exhibit is titled "Uncle Sam's New Deal" is on loan from the Minnesota Historical Society.

It's going to cost you a little more money to visit some of the state's most historic sites. The Minnesota Historical Society has announced a $1 per ticket increase at it's 26 locations.

Historical Society Cuts Staff, Hikes Admission

The Minnesota Historical Society is cutting staff and raising admission prices to most state-run historic sites and museums. The society said Wednesday it is eliminating 19 full-time staff positions. It also is raising general admission by $1 starting Dec. 1.
