Historical Society Cuts Staff, Hikes Admission

The Minnesota Historical Society is cutting staff and raising admission prices to most state-run historic sites and museums. The society said Wednesday it is eliminating 19 full-time staff positions. It also is raising general admission by $1 starting Dec. 1.
