The Minnesota Wild are getting healthier as wing Guillaume Latendresse is nearing a return. He's been out with a concussion but is now skating with the team. Mikko Koivu (separated shoulder) is also skating with the team but appears to be further away from returning. Pierre-Marc Bouchard remains out with concussion-like symptoms.

The Minnesota Wild lost 5-2 at Chicago Thursday night. Dave Bolland scored 2 goals for the Blackhawks. Devin Setoguchi and Kyle Brodziak each scored a goal for the Wild. Josh Harding had 17 goals but 4 goals allowed and was benched in favor of Matt Hackett. Hackett forced 8 shots with 8 saves.
Wild Down Sharks; Harding Gets Hurt
The Minnesota Wild won 2-1 at San Jose Tuesday night but goaltender Josh Harding left the game in the first period with a neck injury. Harding sustained the injury when Wild defenseman Nick Schultz hit Harding in the face with his glove while trying to protect the net. Rookie Matt Hackett replaced Harding and had 34 saves while allowing no goals.

The Minnesota Wild scored 1 goal in each period and beat the Edmonton Oilers 3-1 in Edmonton Friday night. Brent Burns, Jared Spurgeon, and Andrew Brunette each scored a goal and Mikko Koivu and Pierre-Marc Bouchard each had 3 assists for Minnesota. Jose Theodore had 28 saves in net for the Wild.
